International Diversity Conference
Probably you remember the International Diversity Conference
that Seba co-organised in Amsterdam summer 2007, and the Diversity
Week we built around it in cooperation with many partners
and organisations (see www.diversitydays.nl
). In 2008 this conference took place in Montreal, in 2009
in Riga and in 2010 in Belfast.
Grethe van Geffen was Plenary Speaker in Belfast. She made
the liaison of the ten critical success factors for diversity
management with the economic crisis. And she took the opportunity
to follow sessions from other countries in the meantime. In
several lunch meetings she translated these new insights and
trends to the Dutch/ European situation. Did you miss these
